Order Processing & Shipping Time
🚀 We ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery Time
📦 Orders in India are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days, depending on your shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
📍 For certain locations, such as Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 7-10 working days.
In rare cases, if a product is in high demand or facing availability issues, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed if such a situation arises.
How to Track Your Order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please write to us at culturing25@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

What If My Tracking Shows 'Delivered' But I Haven’t Received My Order?
📌 In most cases, if your order is marked as "Delivered," it may have been received by:
- A family member, neighbor, or flatmate
- Your office mailroom or reception desk
🚨 If you haven’t received the product but received a delivery notification:
1️⃣ Contact us at culturing25@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery update.
2️⃣ We will immediately raise an inquiry with our courier partner.
3️⃣ If confirmed as undelivered after investigation (takes up to 10 working days), we will issue a refund.
⚠️ If you contact us after 48 hours of the delivery notification, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we may not be able to provide a resolution.
Important Notes:
✅ We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control.
✅ Please provide an accurate address and phone number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
✅ If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, re-shipping may require additional charges.
